Bios clearly see them and they're enabled. I would flash to the newest bios if you aren't already. If that doesn't help i would start considering a reinstall of windows.

You can try changing it to manula to see what options appear. If this doesn't lead to anything, try clearing the CMOS or flash to the latest bios.

It will allow you to enable and disable cores.

Also i probably should of mentioned this earlier but this http://gyazo.com/ccf392bb64966b9917a7f9ea5bed85d5 used to be set to 1 up until last month, when i last checked it had up to 6 in the options. but instead of changing it to 6 i changed it to 4. Which is probably the cause of all this
