Budget build for Wow and Diabl3

Hey i have around 700-800$ CAD for my gaming pc. I play Word of Warcraft adn Diablo3. 

I want someting stable when its intensse in pvp at wow and D3

This is the build i'm looking for.

Motherboard Gigabyte GA-H110M

Ram G.Skill 8 GB

Power Suply EVGA B1 600W

SSD AData 240GB

Graphique Card gigabyte radeon RX 460

 

That cost 710$ 

For 100$ more, should i buy a GTX 960 or a i5 6400 quad core 2.7 GHz ?
