What's a good file synchronization program?

Basically what I need is a program that successfully synchronizes my files every once in a while so I don't have to do it manually. For example if I add or delete a couple of songs from my music library, the same thing happens to the backup I have on my D drive. I remember I tried one but I don't think it was doing what I wanted and it was quite complicated. Any help is appreciated.

Current specs: Gigabyte Aorus x370 Gaming K7 motherboard

16 GB G-Skill TridentZ RAM

Ryzen 5 1600 CPU

EVGA 650W Gold Power Supply
