Need a Dac/Amp

So my friend is at the point he wants to seriously upgrade his setup he currently has a pair of tannoy reveal 802's and is also looking to purchase a set of headphones, He'd like a combo unit you could plug both headphones and speakers into one unit, looking for suggestions within the £250 mark.
