Need help with.... something strange....

So I'm back from VACation from the LTT, and I need some help.

 

I have an internal dial up modem I'm going to be using to play my Dreamcast, but I need help on how to get it to emit a connection through the line between the Dreamcast and the Modem. The Modem is a Multi-Tech Systems MT9234ZPX-PCIE. Any help would be appreciated (Yes, drivers are installed)

Dialup modem and Dreamcast...you found a way travel back in time....alot.
