S7 Edge Scratched

So i swapped my Note 7 in for a S7 Edge, Now i think its the worst mistake of my life. I had this phone for less then a week and its all scratched up.

 

How it did it get scratched up? In a empty, lint free cotton pocket with nothing else in it.

 

Called Samsung or Verizon? Yeah, Samsung said "Cant help call Verizon", Called Verizon.... They said "Yeah i have one on my own and you'll need something for it to scratch it" uhm..... well it was a empty clean pocket "no impossible" (Chick has a bit of a british accent, pretty hot sounding *fuck my gf is gonna kill me*)

I would like to get rid of the scratches somehow cause it does get annoying in Videos and Games cause there noticable but i cant get help from Verizon and Samsung, legit my only plan is the replace it and im too much a nervous wreck to do a glass replacement on the damn thing.

Should have gotten a screen protector. Not sure if they will help you from that. But it is worth a shot calling them

Dang iv had my iphone 5s for nearly 2 years without protector and havnt really babied it at all and its still mint. No noticable scratches at all..

Update: When i said Swapping my Note 7. I still have it in my possession its just in a "fireproof box" right now, should i record a conversation on how to reactivate my note 7 due to my damaged S7 Edge. surely it will shit there pants.

PS Note 7 boxes take for fucking ever to arrive still no sign for it

 

Update: Called them back with a angrily tone and i heard what i wanted to hear They will repair my phone but ill have to wait due to the Samsung dealing with Note 7 issues
