Hello. My friend is looking for new heaphones, he currently uses Audio Technica ATH m30x and they're uncomfortable for him and he can't use them for more than 5 minutes. He's looking for a heaphones which would be comfortable and which has good bass because he's a basshead. The budget is 120$ no more than that. Maybe someone can recommend some good headphones, thanks.

This is a bit of an underrated gem.They're not portable at all but they sound fantastic,comfy too. Don't let the low sticker price fool you into thinking that these headphones are average. 

 

Otherwise, I would have recommended the Philips SHP 9500, but they're relatively quiet in the bass.

Before you buy amp and dac.  My thoughts on the M50x  Ultimate Ears Reference monitor review I might have a thing for audio...

I don't think the Clouds would fit here, since OP likes a lot of bass from what I can read, hence the takstar.
