Super Smash Bros Brawl?

Recently I acquired an xbox 360,kinect,with 2 controllers and 10 games at a garage sale for 60 bucks, and everything works perfectly. The problem is that I already have all my games on PC, and I prefer PC way over consoles. Now I have recently been hooked onto Super Smash Bros and want to start playing it but the emulator version doesn't have multiplayer. I was thinking of selling the xbox and buying a wii with the money that I get and a copy of super smash bros Brawl. The Wii U is too expensive, and remember that I do most my gaming on the PC so I was looking to buy something cheap just play brawl, and maybe mario kart and super mario bros. Does the original Wii still offer multiplayer, and would the wii, 2 controllers and like a couple of games be covered under maybe a $200 budget, or would there be a cheaper option? I don't want to go through the pain of downloading a patch every 2 days to play multiplayer on an emulator btw.

Wow Lel, It is super hard to get consoles at garage sales as they clear out so fast, and does the original Wii even support online multiplayer.

Not anymore. I believe they were shut 2014.

Wait what if I wanted to play with a friend or something in the same room? Would i need another one, or a normal wii controller?

The two controllers can be used for multiplayer.

I still play SSBB and a few other wii games online using the Wiimmfi servers.
