MOBO problem

So i tried to overclock my FX8350 to 4.4ghz when i went into BIOS and changed all the settings oc and voltage (1.4 somthing volts) i saved the stuff and rebootedinto windows and cpuz doesnt show a change, the issue is that i canot get back into BIOS, i spam delete and the a white dash apears in the top left corner and it freezes there. i can still use my pc in windows like normal but cant got to bios can anyone help?
