Buildzoid says 1.2 to 1.25v is fine, at least on stock BIOS. There is a BIOS out there that ups the temp and power limit even higher and allows for up to 1.4v and I believe you need to use Asus' OC software for it. I haven't had time to do more research on it. With stock BIOS, I would personally not go over +96 mV.
