HELP! Can't get into windows!

When I try to boot into windows 10, I get a blue screen that says error: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (IOMap64.sys).  I know that this error is coming from the new asus aura software that I just installed.  How can I remove this program if I can't even get into my computer?  Can I do it from the command line??  Please help!

No.  The blue screen comes up before the login screen.  Is there another way to boot into safe mode without needing the login screen?

Did you make a windows 10 USB/cd recovery disc?

If you boot from the USB or DVD you used to install Windows 10, you should be able to get to the repair menu from there via "Repair your computer". You also should be able to get into startup repair if Windows fails to start multiple times in a row. You can simulate this if Windows goes as far as the login screen by resetting while the spinning dots are on-screen. From there, you should be able to access Safe Mode and either disable or uninstall the software; You can use Autoruns to disable it manually if you need to (look for IOMap64.sys).

Unfortunatly not.  I am trying to get wmic to uninstall the program from the command line from windows repair options.  The problem is when I run "product get name" I get "Invalid class" error.

@Runefox has the answer maybe. I was going to suggest using the installation USB/cd next to try and fix it.

I'm sorry, but I have a very bad memory and haven't used command line for a lot of years now for windows, lol. If you're able to get into repair options and you don't have any luck with trying to remove the program, the only other suggestion I have is to try and boot into safe mode and remove the program then.

I am able to access the repair menu.  How can I download autoruns if I don't have access to the full pc?

Use Advanced Statup Options, then run Safe Mode with Networking, and you'll be able to access the internet while in Safe Mode.

I GOT IT!  Thank you everyone!!! Safe mode worked and I was able to uninstall it!

Nicely done, safe mode is one of the better features of windows... pity they decided to bury it in windows 10 though, has made it much harder to get into. I personally have a recovery USB, just in case... it's only an old USB 2.0 drive I had spare, so not a big deal

Well, ostensibly they did it because the UEFI boot was too fast on many machines (OEM machines mostly); Good thing they offer the ability to get into Safe Mode after a few failed boots.

Well yeah it's a problem with the boot times being so fast, but they still could have implemented a better way of doing it than the way it is now, it's not even clear to many people how to get to it. They could have just chosen to have it be an option on the login screen, like press f8 to restart to safe mode or similar.
