Ok cool, so what games are u running? Also resolution and settings for the ones that stutter

i use an 24 inch 1080p and ultra setting on bf3 ond then i was also playing blackops2 maxed out

Well i know for a fact the 580 can fairly easily

Max out bf3 and there shouldnt be stuttering. Just for the purpose of finding the problem though have you tried lowering the settings in these games?

I would suggest running prime 95 for 12 hours at least to see if your cpu is good and stable, then run 3d mark vantage for 6 hours on the gpu. See what score you get and any crashes, wierd artifacts etc
