Battlefield 1 error...

Hi,

 

Just started playing battlefield 1 and it's been crashing giving me a "get device removed reason". Who else has encountered this and have you found a fix? Running a 4770k and 980 Ti with latest driver.

Main PC CPU: 7700K, MOBO: Asus Strix, GPU: Aorus Extreme 3080, PSU: EVGA Supernova G2 750, RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB Storage: 970 Evo 1tb

Lounge PC CPU: 4790K MOBO: Asus Hero VII GPU: EVGA 3060 Ti PSU: Corsair RM650 RAM: Kingston HyperX 16gb Storage: 970 Evo 1TB

Is it crashing every time?

I had 1 crash without a warning in 30h playtime. I dont use the latest driver tho.

Is your GPU overclocked at all? I had this issue with a 780 before upgrading to a 1080 and solved it by reducing the overclock.

Found out it was because of the overclock. 1500mhz on the core plays fine in Doom but not BF1, lame. Gonna have to make do with 1400mhz.
