Im planning on liquid cooling my i7 5820k and my gtx 980 Ti, only problem is my gpu is a EVGA GTX 980 Ti VR eddition. basically it has a hdmi port at the front of the card for easier acess.

Just asking if this will be an issue or if there is a water block that works for this card. primarily looking to use EK parts. thanks for in advance :)

no its not listed, thats why im trying to find out if its the same as one of the listed types.

I would say the block won't fit. Just judging by my last 2 blocks, 970 and 1080, the front sits pretty much flush with the card

thats a reference block, there's no cut out for the hdmi

 

I guess you could cool the chip and buy some passive heat sinks for the vram, but you're gonna need good airflow

Unless you cut either the water block or HDMI on GPU, you won't find full water block that would fit.

You can use universal GPU water block, but your VRM will be melting.
