What's the best hero to take her down ?

what ever I shoot her with her armour just soaks it up :/ 

is there a fast way to take her out ?

AMD (and proud) r7 1700 4ghz- 

also (1600)

She's big, and not too fast when on the ground. Shotgun-using heros like Reaper can take her down quickly if you can flank her. 

 

Or, you could just do what I do and play Bastion XD.

Best way to take her out?

 

Start out with some gentle flirting

Buy her some roses, ask her out on a date

Take her to her favorite restaurant, the italian place on the corner.

Buy her a nice glass of wine

 

When she least expects it, shoot her in the head

I have a lot of luck taking her down with 76 or pharah. Taking the mech down isnt the issue, its quickly taking down dva herself before she calls another mech

Well you shouldn't be focusing her. Kill the squishies 1st. When they're all dead, then focus her. This goes goes for all tanks. Except roadhog. Shooting him helps you build your ultimate faster.

 

If you really can't get to the squishies yet, zenyatta's discord orb + mcree/reaper/soldier 76 are good. Mercy buffing your DPS is also good. Do yourself a favor and don't play trash heroes like bastion. I'm not even sure how someone could think Mei has the dps to kill DVa. Mei is an off tank, not a dps hero.

Dva's Job is to soak Damage. I dont die often with her. She wants you to focus her.

Mei and Zarya are both very good at taking down D.Va. Both can get through her shield with their primary fire, and its very easy to get her out of her mech if she's frozen. Zarya at 50%+ energy chews through the mech easily, and both heroes have good ways of saving themselves and teammates from Self-Destruct.
