So yesterday my phone was running really slow after multiple restarts and I started searching for ways to fix this. I found a forum post that suggested uninstalling google app updates so I did it. Next thing my phone says "could not load home". I try to reboot and on boot it displays to loading logo for a long time (30 mins). I tried to turn it off but as soon as it shut down it started loading again, so I waited for its battery to die because it's not removable. At home I got to recovery mode and tried it, Android logo and "no command" text. I tried factory mode and it's been loading all night.

Is there a way to fix this? If not how do I reinstall it? A friend of mine instantly suggested cyanogenmod but I don't want the hassle of a custom ROM.

Phone is motorola moto g 2, running android 6
