Depending on the game you are playing the i3 may not be powerful enough. However, that could be upgraded to an i5 later on or you could go with an i5 now and get a rx480 if you want which is what I would do.

Forgot to say i really wanted an nvidia gpu because of shadowplay so what nvidi GPU could replace the RX 480 (not saying your build is bad just wondering)

You could do one of two:

1) Set up Open Broadcaster and once it's set up, it's easy to run and the same function as Shadowplay

2) Get the 6GB 1060 but it's more expensive https://www.pcx.hu/gigabyte-gtx1060-6gb-ddr5-gv-n1060ixoc-6gd-videokartya-119282

 

I won't recommend a 3GB 1060 for 1080p because max settings requires 4GB VRAM today in a lot of games.
