overclocking my FX-8320 right now

Lauen

I'm currently running Prime95 to test the stability of my minor overclock (at least that's how I view it) . Prime95 has been running for 10 or so minutes when posting this.

I'll just post pictures of current status, and in another 10 minutes or so.

70c is not to bad but i would not push it any more if you hit 80c max

Turned down the volt one notch (using offset mode, I literally just pressed + twice when it didn't boot, and now I pressed - once to get the voltage I'm at now. Gonna see if I can still turn the multiplier up once or twice.

Turned the voltage up another notch, not sits at 1.308 volts! Running 4.6 GHz, with 23x multiplier, so far so good.

Considering the fans on my cooler only run at like.. 1200 and 1500 RPM at full speed, it's tolerable. but as I would rarely get that much load on it, I think this will be just fine.

I figure that about 1 hour test should be about enough, so if nothing has crashed until then, I think I'll be ready to go.
