My mouse isnt working

Just bought my logitech g403. I have tried to install the drivers using me keyboard but it just comes up saying "The installation of this device is forbidden by your system policy. Contact your system administrator" I only have one account so I am on the admin account. I have tried other mice on my PC and none of them work but they all work on my laptop. My Specs of my custom built PC and OS...

i5 6600

gtx 1060

8GB DDR4 Ram

Im on windows 8.1
