So I found out 1 stick of ram was bad now the pc turn on but now it makes beeping sounds 1 short and 1 longer and it alternates between both. this pc is so old its only has VGA and i am getting a cable for it now but i was wondering if anyone knew what that beeping was. thanks (btw no Dr. Debug)

To diagnose from the beep codes You need to list the model of the HP computer. Generally it indicates a memory problem.
