USB Headsets don't work

Hey guys,

 

So I bought this new USB headset and I can't get sound through it. The headset is the H2100 from Corsair. My previous headset used the audio jack and I never had a problem with it. With this new one it comes up as a playback device https://gyazo.com/bb28e1e97afd1c848a2ce28a6a73a380, but I don't get the popup from my realtek audio manager that I used to, which usually allows me to select what device I'm using and then it works. I think the problem is that my computer is not properly sending the sound through the USB, any replies are appreciated.
