what cooler are you using?

CPU: i5-6600k @ 4.5Ghz Overclocked

GPU: Gigabyte GTX980 @ 1200 Mhz Oveclocked GPU boost 1400Mhz

Memory: Corsair Dominator 16Gb @ 3200 Mhz

Cooler: NZXT Kraken x61

Storage: Corsair Force GS 128Gb + WD2TB + Seagate 1TB

PSU: Corsair HX650

Lighting: NZXT HUE+ with extension

Display: LG 34' Ultrawide 3440x1440

Peripherals: Razer Blackwidow x Chroma + Razer Firefly + Razer Mamba Chroma

Headphones: Astro A40 + Miniamp

Most AIOs do not have a variable speed pump.

Forcing them to run at a lower voltage can damage it.

 

If you hear noise that means there are bubbles going through it and reducing the speed will not help.

Try mounting the radiator vertically at the front of your case with the barbs on the top side.

sorry man no experience with that cooler. What header are you plugging the pump into?

He said he wanted to lower the RPM

 

but yeah you can adjust it in the bios

What motherboard do you have? You should be able to get some software that can monitor/change fan control

It's been 2 months. The pump runs quietly on idle(web browsing), but it starts make noise when I play games, and do cpu benchmark.

What fan header did you plug the cooler into? It should have a name on the motherboard

You should have gotten a program called Asus ai suite 3 with your motherboard. If not you can download it but it has fan control software in it. I use it on my Asus X99-A
