Mobo:GA H61M D2P B3
CPU:i5 2320(working cpu+gpu) or i7 3770(working only when no gpu plugged in)
GPU:R9 390/R7 260x/HD 5570(i think) [all works with i5 not with i7]
PSU:Generic 500w from acer and also tried CoolerMaster Extreme 2 625w
Ram:Generic Kingston ram 2x8gb(1333 or 1600 i think not sure)
HDD:WD blue 1TB(7200rpm)

It boots up until it says setting up windows part with the win 10 logo and the loading circle.
i7 works fine and boots normally without gpu. With gpu will only boot till as stated above. Also brought it to the shop guy says he tested it on his own setup n i7 works. But tried with i5 at home also works.

PSU?Mobo?problems?

TLDR New CPU(i7 3770) works only when there is no gpu. Old CPU(i5 2320) works fine.

have you removed the GPU drivers with DDU and then made a new installation with the i7?

Yeah you are using a 3rd generation cpu on a 2nd generation board. Although the sockets are the same you need to make sure the manufacturer supports ivy bridge in the bios. Update your bios and try again. It's currently happening with newer motherboards as well since kabby lake is around the corner.

The problem is that after i use DDU then im suppose to install AMD drivers right. Ive only done it without the gpu plugged in as it wont boot with gpu.

mh that sounds weird. Maybe the CPU has a pcie problem? Are you 100% sure the i7 worked with a GPU before?

Can you try using the second PCIe slot on your mobo?

According to gigabyte "Supports for LGA1155 2nd Generation Intel® Core™ Processors" & "GIGABYTE motherboards support Intel 22nm processors." but i couldnt find any other exact info on if it could support i7 specifically.

also found this http://www.gigabyte.com/support-downloads/cpu-support-popup.aspx?pid=3774 it says it supports it since bios ver F11 and i have F12. Could it b that my cpu is broke the part where it controls pcie stuff but i cant test it out myself but i brought it to a pc repair guy he says it works on his setup so im not sure(not sure if his test bench had a gpu in it no details on his setup).

What they're saying is your i7, a 3rd generation chip, is not fully compatible with a 2nd generation board.

I see the BIOS update list you posted, but have you tried installing version F11 to see if maybe F12 is the problem? I can't imagine any other issues at this point other than the BIOS itself.

but in the list it shows the i5 2320 which i have tested and it works and near the top it says  N/A = Not support which i dont see on the i7 3770 and i5 2320 so im guessing both are compatible so anyways I will be trying to change the bios ver to c if it helps

please shoot picture of your BIOS options and post them here or on a link. Maybe i5 is configured by default with PCIe GPU while i7 is by default on iGPU and conflicts with PCIe

I googled the image but it looks exactly the same as mine.

ok boot with i7 and then install this

http://www.gigabyte.com/webpage/19/download-center.html

upgrade all drivers, chipset included.

if it doesn't work (don't know why) use this

http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3774#dl  (care select your os first)

and this

http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3774#utility  (another BIOS utility)
