ASUS Malaysia opens pre-order for R9-290X BF4 Bundle

Apparently, ASUS Malaysia has announced their pre-order campaign for AMD R9-290X with the BF4 bundle. It is priced at RM 2799 which equates to approximately ~$880. Kinda on the expensive side for me personally but you do get a free headset though. Anyone want to take a guess for the price of R9-290X from this?  ;)

About RM 200 more than the GTX780,but much less than a Titan which sells for about RM 3400. Maybe that's where the name 'Titan killer' applies. But still pretty expensive tbh. Was hoping it'd be somewhere around $600~$650

I'm almost 100% sure the card will be $550-650 on launch day in America. All these bundles just add to the price.

 

290x: $881.71 - ($69.99 (BF4) + $79.99 (ROG Orion Gaming Headset))=$731.73

Titan: $1071.03

780: $818.71

 

Looking good for AMD if you order from Malaysia!

Stuff in Malaysia & Singapore are considerably more expensive. I'd take a wager and say the 290X will retail at $600.
