Samsung 840 EVO 250GB wear level

Hey guys, i bought a Samsung 840 EVO 250GB 1 month ago, and in the Magician software it already shows a wear leveling count of 99 (it starts at 100). Is this normal? It seems so little time for it to be starting wearing out...

Can someone please tell me if these SMART values are ok?
