Power fluctuations will cause the voltage to drop and take the frequency with it until the computer decides to save itself from undervoltage.

 

You can also try using display driver uninstaller and then redownloading Nvidia's drivers.

So I replaced my old Sapphire HD 5570 with a GTX 460 and my computer started crashing a lot, I formatted my hard drive and it ran well for a while but it started crashing again. I did some research and found out that my Thermal Master TM-500-PSAP-I3 is not actually outputing 500W, so I'm guessing that's the problem. I can buy a CM GX Lite 750w 80+ bronze PSU, but I'm asking you guys so that I know whether or not I should spend my money on it.

I'm not actually buying it from a pc parts shop, a friend of mine got a new one and he's selling it so he's giving me a deal for 2000 MKD which is around 40 USD. Anyway all they serve in my country is Cooler Master PSUs so, that's pretty much my only option here...
