well the 6700 paired with that cooler is kinda a wast of money since you cant overclock with that chip. 

also the price on that PSU and SSD are fairly high

Yes, this is a very good PC. I can't really recommend a case because I have never really bought a case before and cannot tell you from experience because I have never experienced it before.

It's pointless to go for the high-end AIO when you only have a locked CPU (which I find to be interesting since you've opted for the Z170 motherboard and 3200 MHZ RAM). I would get a i7 6700K or a cheap and decent air cooler.

what are you useing it for and if you get the 6700 I would get a something like a hyper 212 at most there is no need to get a $100 cooler

Your cooler and motherboard are rendered somewhat useless because you have a locked CPU. you can either get a cheaper cooler and an H170 or H110 motherboard, or get a 6700K. what you choose depends on yourt budget and what you plan to use your computer for

Well I would get the 6700k if you can fit it in your budget that or lose the corsair cooler

For editing videos you'll see a good render time increase from overclocking, which that CPU cooler you picked out will help you out with. If you don't plan on overclocking, keep the 6700, get something like a hyper 212 evo or hyper t4, and go with a H110 or H170 motherboard

I would recommend you get an I5-6600K (don´t know why nobody suggested it yet, I guess hyperthreading would benefit video editing but other than that I don´t see why not picking an 6600k) and for the case I got the NZXT H440 and its awesome, just google it, it looks really amazing and you can match your setup theme, I got a red and black one to match my msi motherboard and graphics card
