USD? Do you need a monitor, keyboard, etc? Also can a mod move this to new builds and planning :P

pretty much exactly the same as my PC ( just better gpu ) , will shred 1080p, 1440p and do pretty well at 4k aswell.

Only worth getting that if you're doing lots of content creation or heavy computing and 1440p or 4k gaming
