Looking for wireless headphones

I am looking for new headphones. So far i figured the things i want 100% and the optional features.

The things i want:

I need them to be wireless.

I need them to be able to reach through multiple walls in an apartment (4 at most, 15 meters at max). Also the apartment is in a dense urban area so there will be little space in the 2,4GHz range.

I need them to be comfortable for all-day usage.

I need them to have a dock type base station where you can charge the headphones by simply placing them on top of it. No wires from the dock to the headphones.

I need them to leak sound as little as possible. I have a roommate who likes to sleep in 2:00 in the morning, and i don't.

I need them to have an all-day battery. Don't want them to run out in the middle of a gaming session.

The optional things:

I want them to have a mic. Would be nice to chat on skype and go to the kitchen to grab something at the same time.

I want them to have a good sound quality. Honestly everything will probably be better than my current headphones (Philips SHP-2500).

I want them to feel premium. Spending a ton and having something feel like a 10$ product feels bad.

I want them to have a solid reputation. Known brands that make good products like Sennheiser, Sony, AKG, Corsair etc. are a good plus but the most important thing is the product, not the manufacturer.

I want them to last me a long time. Things break by time, by rage, by accident and it would be nice if the headphones survive.

I want them to not cost as much as a new car. All the above requirements cost a lot, i know, but the thing i'll buy will probably be the first or second lowest in price (that fulfill the requirements of course).

Would be nice if i can find my pair of "dream headphones" with a help from you guys! Cheers!

Try the Bose QC35s, they have everything you mentioned plus ANC the only thing missing is a docking station but I don't think you will find many headphones that do. Another small thing is they are not the best sounding but they are still decent.
