Link pipe length

Just snagged four Gtx 780 Hydro Coppers on ebay. Haven't got them yet, but trying to get fittings.

 

They don't have ports on the tops just on the sides. They are pretty thick so in slots 1,3,5,7 there won't really be room for tubing. I found these link pipes from bitspower:

Anyone know the spacing? Do I need a 16-22mm or 22-31mm?

 

What do most people use to plumb four cards with only side ports?
