Getting HyperX Cloud 2s working on iPhone

So basically I can't use my HyperX Cloud 2s without 3 adapters and am only able to get left audio (audio comes out of both sides but no true right/left audio.). I read on something about OMPT vs CTIA connections. Anyone know of what adapter I need to go from whatever Apple Uses to whatever HyperX uses? Thanks

It's weird that youre having an issue. I had no issues using mine on my android device when I had it and it works flawlessly on my iphone 7. Have you tried other headphones to make sure it isnt an issue with the iphone. Have you tried the x2's on a different device?

Yes. I think it is the jack layout

Odd because it works on the 6+ I have laying around the house too. Maybe the jack is pushed too far in>? I has an issue like that before and pulling the headphones out slightly fixed the issue.

Pull the headphone jack out a little bit and see if that fixes the issue. Sometimes the jack could be pushed in too deep from my exp
