Assuming the file extention isn't exe, it's harmless. It's most likely just a file some program made to store it's settings inside.

I dont even know if I should click on that link you provided.

Why cant you just copy and paste the file.

Seems very strange to me.

No... Im talking about ftconfig. Not the gyazo link, if you open the gyazo link you can see the file i mean on a screenshot...+-

imo try opening it with notepad .

 

The file itself isn't an executable , but a library or config file , so it shouldn't be harmful unless it replaces another file of the same name
