Could someone tell me some command code or anything to help me

Would love to help you... But, and this is the important bit, you haven't provided nearly enough info to help you...

Your PC doesn't have a message that comes up saying; "unable to boot", so what does it say? Is there a screen display (BIOS then POST?), can you get into BIOS?

If you don't know what any of that means, please take it to a shop!

No I just got home from school and it just said "your pc did not start properly" and it keeps saying automatic repair but obviously I don't think it's repairing anything

Starting off new is not a big deal to me even though I'll lose all my pictures and stuff :( . But my main question is will I need a new code for the Windows 8?? Do I have to rebuy my os if I restart everything?

The menu you have posted is offering you "advanced options" have you tried that? What error message does it give from there? Also in your BIOS, make sure first boot is set to UEFI/Windows boot, (is your HDD listed?), and have you tried re-setting BIOS to default settings?

No. All Windows 10 activations are stored on Microsoft servers. Install Windows 10 (not 8) and it will recognise your PC the moment it's on the net, and activate itself automatically.

I've went through advance option it gives me options to restore my computer but I was really trying to avoid that just only because I dont want to lose my documents and such. Now that you said error message I haven't seen any error message other than srttrail but then again I don't think srttrail is an error code

The error message is it saying its trying to repair the PC. Also, in advanced options, restoring your PC shouldn't erase anything in your username folders (documents, downloads, pictures etc). The restore routine is programmed to recognise previous installs and protect them (if all else fails, it will restore with a new windows installation, and put your old installation and all your folders into a folder marked "'Windows old" or similar). That's what should happen (there is always a chance it will go wrong, even if a very small chance).

But if your hardware has failed, it won't be solved with a re-install, only a fatal software error will be cured that way. You need to get the srt txt file (remember to note its exact location). The poster above sensibly suggests installing to a new drive, and saving off your docs etc from the existing drive. That is a very sensible suggestion, and I would 100% recommend. You can then also save off and open the srt txt file and see exactly what went wrong (and more importantly in hardware or software).

If you haven't a spare HDD, try installing windows to a USB. Search for a utility called:

WinToUSB

Hope this helps...

The more you post, the more it seems like a Hardware failure:

Try:

1. Reset BIOS to defaults & re-boot.

2. Go through all options in available in Windows 'unable to start your PC' in the "advanced" menu once you get to the error message and try and let Windows repair your PC.

3. Install Windows to a new HDD/USB and save your docs/photos etc to there, and read the error file to see if the failure is in software or Hardware.

If I had to hazard a best guess, your boot HDD is corrupt, but that could be something as simple as your BIOS setting reverting to AHCI/IDE mode, which is why you need to re-set BIOS to defaults, then change the settings (making sure you are booting to UEFI/Windows, not to an individual HDD). No disrespect intended, but are you okay with checking/changing those settings? Do you know what your BIOS settings mean?
