Optimal bios settings help plz

Hey team I have a new i3 6100 and msi h110m eco and just wondering what the Optimal bios settings would be thank you

leave those settings as they were, why are you messing with them especially since you don't know what they do ?!

Well i overclocked my 2500k and my fx 8150 and fx 4100 and the 10 or so pcs i build for my friends over the years So just thought I would have a look at sky lakes bio options for a non K non z170 mobo.

In that case, it makes sense for you to research what each of this options does and decide accordingly.

 

Other than that, there is no "optimal setting", each of them is an option for a reason (i.e., a different alternative will be "optimal" under different circumstances).
