Will i be able to play games on the same fps as other versions of Win10x64 ? Im gonna upgrade to windows 10 education, my school gave it to me.

Assuming I understood what you were asking, gaming on Windows 10 Education should be the same as gaming on any other 64-bit version of Windows 10.
