That tier list means nothing.  It doesn't really say much about the quality, just the relative specs. It's like saying a Toyota Corolla is "bad" because it's a "tier" below a BMW. :)

 

Basically, any 80+ certified PSU is good enough. (For an ordinary, not extremely overclocked system.)

 

I've seen many posters on here say the CX430 is "bad" as well. :)
