USB 3.0 Header splitter

Can someone direct me a link to a USB 3.0 female connector that splits the signal to 2 USB 3.0 male connectors? Perferbebly from NewEgg or Amazon and that is under $10? I already have a PCI-E usb 3.0 card w/ the 20 pin but now im looking for a splitter.

Some say it won't work as your usb 3 is from 2 different sources. Price of that splitter, just buy another usb3 pcie card. Might want a usb type c, so it doesn't feel like your wasting money.
