MSI GTX 1060 Armor 6GB OC different versions?

they are the same card but one looks different than the other and i would suggest that you get this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125879 because it is cheaper for the about the same performance

I found these two version of the same (I think) cards - MSI 1060 Armor 6GB. One is quite a bit cheaper... I couldn't find any information on the 'V1' version. Can anyone shed some light on this please? Thanks!
