suggestions for application time management software

My roommate and I have both decided that we waste too much time either browsing the internet or playing games when we should be working on schoolwork. This is especially a problem for my roommate and he has come to me for help. We've decided to set up a rewards based system that would involve an application that tracks our time on certain websites/apps and exports the data back to us at the end of the week. I've been scouring the internet looking for time tracking applications, but none of them seem to work because they are focused on business applications instead of personal like say a steam time tracker, reddit time tracker, youtube time tracker, etc. If anyone knows of a product that passively tracks applications/websites like this (it can't require our input because people can lie) I don't mind spending money on said applications. Thanks in advance.
