Sleeping

Alot of people say sleep is important you need to have 8-10 hours of sleep each night. Then they say the side affects will be, tired(of course), not being alert, bad for your health, car accidents, stroke, diabetes, heart attack, depression, age of the skin, forgetful and so on. You get the point. But With me I am more awake when i sleep less, I am more alert, I remember things. Like for example On average 2h 40 mins maybe 3 hours of sleep and 4 hours if i'm lucky.

Funny story, my buddy has sleeping problems and I had crashed at his apartment one time. He was taking some sleeping pills but they helped him sleep walk. I was on the couch and he once slept walked into the kitchen and made bagel bites and nacho's, ate them and fell back asleep, woke up and called the police. about 10 minutes later I hear a knock on the door with flashlights shining through the kitchen window which is right next to the front door. I open the door and the cops are asking interrogating me, my buddy realized he called the police on himself.
