I'm having some trouble playing games as they are crashing on a regular basis (between 5-60 minutes after initial start.) The games i have trouble playing are: Rainbow Six Siege & Battlefield 1. I have never encountered problems as such before in other games and I have no idea as what to do about the problems.

As far as system specs go i have:

Cpu: Intel core i7 3770

Cooler: Intel Stock CPU cooler

Mobo: Asus P8Z77-3

Memory: 32GB of DDR3

Gpu: Asus Gtx670 (2GB of VRam)

OS: Windows 7 Pro

Storage: 120GB boot ssd, 240GB games ssd & 2TB hard-drive (for storage and petty games)

As far as troubleshooting myself i have done the following: Updating graphics drivers, Checking Cpu & Gpu temps during games (60 Celsius for both), turned down in-game settings, checking minimum specs for both games (which as far as i can tell i meet.)

Something else i must  mention is that my SSD has sadly only between 1.5GB & 10MB (depending on how it feels on boot or something??) If that helps at all. (i have tried to free up space but it involves deleting stuff my parents refuse to delete (even though you can re-download all the software)

I'm pretty stuck as far as what to do so any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can free up your boot SSD following this guide: http://www.dummies.com/computers/operating-systems/windows-10/how-to-change-the-location-of-user-folders-in-windows-10/

The folders will still be accessible, but can be stored on the slower HDD.
