Also to mention it has been running on this kit for the last 6-7 months so not sure if the whole kit just died or what

How did you come to the determination that it was your RAM?

I haven't just yet. Everything I see keeps pointing to ram as the code will go to 53 if I swap the slots

Did go back to stock clocks/configuration while you were testing the sticks?

I can't get it to post to even go in bios. Trying the cmos one more time

Are you saying that you can't even clear CMOS?

Pulled the battery for 10

mins as well as tried to hit the bios flashback on the back of the board. I'll look around some more

Tried all 8 ram slots. Seeing a lot of users evga Asus etc having issues with ram or so it seems... odd this happened this far down the road

So what were you doing when this happened for the first time?

There's little to know chance that you lost all sticks at the same time.  It would also be unlikely that the IMC on your chip would just quit without signs of heading south. Your problem is more than likely with the motherboard (BIOS, configuration settings, or hardware).

I'd flash that BIOS with the latest 3402 update before throwing money at it.  You can use BIOS flashback to do it.

I'll give it a shot if the cmos doesn't work this time.

BIOS Flashback doesn't require memory or a CPU installed, so if you have issues with flashing the BIOS update, you've narrowed it down to your board.

Think this is my last time owning a extreme edition board and CPU... constant issues with this Fucking thing.

Yeah, so you more than likely have something wrong with the BIOS on your motherboard.  The fact that you experienced this right in the middle of a reset makes the likelihood of the BIOS being the issue even greater.

Rule out the fact that your motherboard isn't getting sufficient power from the PSU by trying another PSU.  If that's not it, it definitely the board and you'll need to RMA it.
