I would get one of each. two 3440x1440 monitors would take up a TON of desk space

I've got two monitors side by side on my desk right now.  A Samsung 28" 4k and a Samsung curved 34" 3440 x 1440.  

 

After switch back and forth between the two for a couple of weeks, the 34" 3440 x 1440 has become my main monitor.  Don't get me wrong, the detail in the 4k screen is incredible even when compared to the 3440 x 1440, but the ultra-wide is a lot more usable for daily use.  I think two 34" 3440 x 1440 curved screens would look fantastic, although I like my main screen dead center in front of me so it wouldn't necessarily work for me.
