New Build

darkninja8888

That looks so oddly familar. Anyway

I would get a black RAM stick. Could be hideous on a case with side panel.

The keyboard is nothing special. I would spend a bit more on a mechanical one. Yes I am aware I have it but would only recommend if budget is small

Also an IPS monitor too would be nice as an option and a larger size SSD. Samsung might be bit expensive

Like peopl;e suggested above, you can get MS office for less

I second Aytex, except I don't know about the D5 model's benefits over the windforce OC's and I would buy a Windows key from Kinguin instead, but that's just preference.

Why the change in PSU though? Inefficiency?

Cost.  This unit is more than good enough.  It is a high quality unit.  It provides 240W per rail (two rails), so that (GPU) is covered.  GPUs are so efficient nowadays.

@darkninja8888  Oh, you meant the CX550M... that is an okay unit too.  I actually just grabbed one for $65 CDN as a backup PSU.

The difference between Bronze and Gold efficiency is practically nothing.  Seriously.
