Best Processor Under $100

Hey guys I'm new to pc building and I'm planing on build a gaming pc so I'm looking for the best processor under $100 for a budget build

i want to stay under $850 Including Windows OS and Monitor, also not big fan on using a SSD would rather use SSD money on a better CPU/GPU
