I wanted to split an HDMI signal to two TVs, I was searching some splitters, but there aren't much on my country, so I decided to search on DealExtreme, and found two:

The first one has three positive reviews, but the second, doesn't have any.

The first supports only HDMI 1.3b, while the second doesn't has any specification, but as it supports 4k, I assume that it's at least version 1.4

The first one is more expensive

The first one needs to be connected to a wall outlet, while the second can be connected to the TV USB port

So, as the first one has reviews, and the other doesn't have any, I don't know if the second one is good. What do you guys think?

Also, I need to connect an HDCP device, these devices support it?

Do take note, that HDMI 1.4 supports 4k at 30 Hz only. For 60 Hz, you need HDMI 2.0.
