Driver Board?

Though I would look for it myself, my internet is crapping out right now.

 

Anyways, does anyone know of a Driver Board to be able to power an 8x8 rgb led matrix? I am looking for something below $7 dollars. The parts will need to be legible with amazon prime shipping because of a time crunch.If I left anything out that is useful to know, tell me.

You could always just buy a crap ton of transistors and a few shift registers and do it yourself. You could get that stuff pretty cheap. Probably below $7 if you looked.
