Jeecoo Stereo Headset Problem

So my friends keep telling me that my Jeecoo Stereo Headset is cutting out, and that they can't understand me, however when I go to mic settings and select listen to device, it sounds perfectly fine, same goes for when I hear my recordings of my voice.
