What keyboard are you using and does it use custom drivers (Logitech gaming software, Corsair Utility Engine, etc.)?

“sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic still going to require driver rollbacks when it stops working for no reason“

any error pop-ups? try right clicking on "My Computer">Properties>Device Manager and just expand everything and see if any usb ports have a /!\ next to it could be a driver issue.

EDIT yeh windows 10 updates are f'ed for some people :S

GPU drivers giving you a hard time? Try this! (DDU)

hmm, not familiar with how windows 10 does things for dual razer products, but it seems odd that both devices would show up under both categories (mouse and keyboard)

Have you tried fully uninstalling all razer software/drivers and reinstalling them fresh?

Well if that didn't work, then I'd say the best thing you could probably do now is to call Razer's customer support to see if they've encountered the issue or have a fix.

Well, more likely it sounds like the Windows 10 Anniversary update created some conflicts in the Razer driver software. That could cause issues like you described. I only suggest contacting Razer because they would be easier to get in touch with than Microsoft.
