Searching laptop

I want to ask for an advice.

I want a buy a laptop in the price range of 550 USD. I will used for school, sql and a little bit of video editing and photos. 

I'm searching something with 15.6" display.

And there's a guy on Youtube with channel name "TechDeals" , he shows different benchmarks for this laptop and also performance test including gaming.

 

At first i was looking for this laptop but many "experts" told me to stay away from acer because the quality is crap. So what i am looking for now is Dell Inspiron 7559 that's the best laptop under $1000 unless you're looking for refurbished or used models of say like XPS 15 or 13.
